“The universe dances even within the void.”
The stars floated upon the void,
like thoughts with neither owner nor harbor;
the infinite blackness seemed dead,
yet within its shadow dawn was beating.
The white curves, gentle sentinels,
turned slowly around time itself;
they were sighs from the eternal temple
where parallel galaxies repose.
Blue flames crossed through the emptiness,
like souls unable to find farewell;
they sang silences to exhaustion.
Each sphere shone suspended
like a distant and belated memory
of some star wounded by the night.
And thus was born, within consecrated penumbra,
the secret geometry of destiny;
a still, solemn, crystalline cosmos
where darkness was never truly nothing.
For within Ars In Umbra mystery lives,
the pure form of profound silence;
there the void upholds the world
and blackness becomes an ethereal firmament.
